Our Raw Local Honey is harvested from our own hives in LaFayette, New York and is bottled in small batches after each seasonal extraction. We never heat or heavily process our honey, allowing it to retain the natural flavor, color, enzymes, and pollen that make raw honey so special.

Every jar reflects the flowers our bees visited throughout the season, making each harvest unique in both flavor and color.

Please Note
Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. This is a sign of pure, unprocessed honey and does not affect its quality. To return it to a liquid state, simply place the jar in warm (not boiling) water.
